Dr. Shevin Pollydore, an Ivy League graduate with a BA in French Civilization from Princeton and an MD from Howard University, has over 24 years of practice experience. Dr. Pollydore is a physiatrist that can treat all musculoskeletal injuries from neck to toe. He performs minimally invasive nonsurgical and surgical treatments of musculoskeletal, orthopedic and spine related disorders.

Dr. Praveer Srivastava is an arthroplasty fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon with 25 years of post-fellowship experience in hip and knee reconstruction, trauma and general orthopaedics. Among the early pioneers who introduced and popularized anterior approach hip arthroplasty in Virginia, and expanded its applications, he has increasingly focused over the years on complex arthroplasty, deformities and lower extremity reconstruction, with Level II orthopaedic trauma.

Tayla Banks, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Originally from Greenwood, Mississippi, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Xavier University of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Biology before earning her Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She later completed her Master of Science in Medicine at Mississippi College, graduating as valedictorian of her PA class. Before becoming a PA, Tayla worked as an Emergency Room Technician at a Level I trauma center, gaining valuable hands-on experience in acute patient care. She joined ReVive Orthopedics in October 2022 and is passionate about helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Tayla’s interest in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is deeply personal. After her grandmother was diagnosed with ALS, Tayla became one of her caregivers and was inspired by the impact of physiatric care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, shopping, and trying new restaurants.

Crystal Bailey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in primary care, urgent care, occupational medicine, and orthopedic rehabilitation. With over a decade of healthcare experience, she brings a deep commitment to patient advocacy, compassionate care, and evidence-based practice. Crystal has cared for a wide range of patients—from managing acute injuries and chronic medical conditions to coordinating post-accident recovery and pain management. Her clinical expertise includes orthopedic assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and is a DOT-certified medical examiner. Her ability to connect with patients, explain complex conditions clearly, and provide high-quality care makes her a vital part of the Revive Orthopedics team. Crystal is proud to serve the Metro Atlanta community and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love—stronger, healthier, and pain-free.
Lashaia Smith

Lashaia Smith is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in exercise science and cardiopulmonary performance. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, she has proudly called Georgia home for over a decade. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University in 2018. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Lashaia worked as an Exercise Physiologist, where she performed cardiac stress testing and helped patients safely evaluate and improve their cardiovascular health. This hands-on experience strengthened her understanding of functional movement, endurance, and the connection between physical performance and overall wellness. Lashaia went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2025. As a PA-C, she is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. Her background in exercise science and physiology gives her a unique perspective in treating musculoskeletal conditions, improving mobility, and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy.
Timoya McKay-Wilkins

Timoya McKay-Wilkins

Timoya McKay-Wilkins is a Georgia native who is proud to serve the community where she was raised. She attended high school locally in Powder Springs before continuing her studies at Spelman College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She later completed her Master of Science in Exercise Science at Liberty University, further strengthening her foundation in human movement, performance, and rehabilitation. Timoya earned her Physician Assistant degree from Morehouse School of Medicine, where she developed a strong clinical foundation rooted in compassionate, patient-centered care. With her background in biology and exercise science, Timoya brings a well-rounded and functional approach to musculoskeletal health. She is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, restore strength, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Her training enables her to view orthopedic and spine conditions not only from a diagnostic perspective but also through the lens of performance, recovery, and long-term wellness. Outside of clinical practice, Timoya enjoys spending time with family, being in nature, mentoring young students, and volunteering within her community.
